Triumph of Flesh

Garnering attention for its surging techno version of the Stooges' "I Wanna Be Your Dog" on 2003's ARE YOU REALLY SATISFIED NOW?, the German electronica duo Dakar & Grisner (aka Christian Kreuz and Michael Kuhn, respectively) followed up with a second full-length outing, TRIUMPH OF FLESH, in 2006. This set of club-ready tunes continues the pair's dance-of-decadence aesthetic, most notably on the New Wave-tinged "Better Times" and the swaggering, sleazy title track.
