Strings of Consciousness and Angel

Angel is an electro-acoustic trio featuring cellist Hildur Dudnaddottir and a pair of sound manipulators, while Strings of Consciousness is a loosely-knitted collective led by laptop artist Philippe Petit. The two lengthy, untitled improvisations on their self-titled duet effort range from spacious moments of placid near-silence to howling sheets of corrosive sound.
