Mondo Drag

With their first release since 2010's New Rituals, Mondo Drag returned with an equally trippy, seven-track sophomore album. Co-produced and -engineered by Patrick Stolley (Daytrotter, Ingrid Michaelson) shortly before the band relocated from Davenport, Iowa to Oakland, California, Mondo Drag features singer/guitarist John Gamino, guitarists Nolan Gerard and Jake Sheley, and the temporary rhythm section of bassist Zack Anderson and drummer Cory Berry, both former members of Radio Moscow. The album was released on Kozmik Artifactz in early 2015. ~ Marcy Donelson
