After years of making records in America and Great Britain, Irish singer/songwriter Bap Kennedy returns to his homeland for his seventh studio album, which was recorded in Northern Ireland with Kennedy's live band joined by a handful of gifted Irish musicians. Embracing a rough-hewn, emotionally direct sound that recalls the work of his first band, Irish cult heroes Energy Orchard, Let's Start Again is an album that looks to fresh musical beginning at the same time as Kennedy ponders 25 years of making music his own way.
