McGuinn, often prefacing the songs with alternately humorous and wistful reminiscences from throughout his 40-plus-year career, offers songs from the Byrds catalogue, including several penned by his musical hero, Bob Dylan, as well as fan favorites from his solo career. Highlights include the early country-rock gem "Chestnut Mare" and a thoughtful closing version of Dylan's "Knockin' On Heaven's Door."
