Canada's Shout Out Out Out produce a unique, driving brand of electro pop, a surprising fact given that a few of the members come from staunch hardcore and punk backgrounds. Although some may argue that its sophomore album, REINTEGRATION TIME, doesn't live up to its dynamic live performances, the six-piece outfit does manage to deliver a solid indie dance record with few, if any, weak moments.
