Living Well

The prolific and eclectic indie rocker Rob Crow continues to be involved in a dizzying number of bands, including Pinback and Goblin Cock, none of which activity has put a damper on his solo career. His 2007 release LIVING WELL carries some of Pinback's soft-rock textures, but there's a harder edge to songs like "Leveling" and "Focus" that conjures both menacing psych-folk overtones and the cheerier folky pop of late-period XTC.
