R-Tracks

Scottish bricklayer turned bedroom electronica producer, Remano Eszildn perfected his craft using little more than a cheap mono synthesizer and a midi sequencer. Though much of the material on his debut, R-TRACKS, was constructed with a slightly more sophisticated arsenal of electronic noisemakers, Eszildn nonetheless holds to an aesthetic of strict minimalism throughout, composing forbidding, disorienting material that evokes some lost Atari soundtrack or even the dizzyingly repetitious arpeggios of composer Philip Glass.
